* These Assets are designed specifically for the Nardorago V2.1 by Nardoiri. Either VRChat avatar base is Not included and is required to be purchased separately. Using Legacy avatars may not be fully compatible and can cause clipping, but we did work hard to limit issues with legacy avatars.

* The most recent version of Substance Painter may be required to open Substance Painter files included in this project. FBXs will be included to help you set up your own SP file if you have an outdated version.

Ownership: The Club Outfit Bundle, including its individual clothing assets, is the intellectual property of CWDesign and Tyler Pavia. You acknowledge that you are purchasing a license to use the digital clothing assets in the VRChat platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This Bundle does not include Rexouium avatar files or Magpie Rex avatar files and must be purchased separately.

Redistribution and Resale: You are strictly prohibited from redistributing, reselling, or transferring the Club Outfit Bundle or its individual assets to any third party without prior written consent from CWDesign.

Usage Restrictions: You may not modify or alter the Club Outfit Bundle or its individual assets with the intent to redistribute, except for personalization within the VRChat platform. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or adaptation of the assets is strictly prohibited from being redistributed.

Compatibility: While efforts are made to ensure compatibility with VRChat and related software, CWDesign does not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility or functionality with future updates or changes to the VRChat platform or any third-party software.

Liability: CwDesign shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data or revenue, arising from the use or inability to use the Club Outfit Bundle or its individual assets. Legal Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Club Outfit Bundle, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy, and virtual platform guidelines.
